Linear time describes sequence: events appear to move from past, through present, toward future. It is useful for clocks, calendars, and shared coordination.
Lived time includes memory, anticipation, emotion, attention, and choice. These shape which possibilities feel available and which actions become natural.
A person does not reach a new reality only by chasing it later. They begin by orienting toward it through the state, choices, and actions available now.
